Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Leisure Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a Level 2 qualification in fitness instruction and be willing to teach a variety of classes.

Kenwick Park Estate incorporates luxury lodges, holiday homes and a unique country house hotel with leisure club, that combines a traditional feel with modern facilities. All set amongst our stunning woodland area.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct fitness classes and group training sessions.
2. Provide personalised fitness plans and guidance to clients.
3. Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during sessions.
4. Maintain a clean and organised workout environment.
5. Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals.
Qualifications:
6. Must have a Level 2 qualification in Leisure instruction.
7. A Level 3 Personal Training qualification is highly advantageous and the willingness to utilise it is preferred.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Strong knowledge of fitness training principles and techniques.
10. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Nice to have but not essential.

12. Pool plant operators’ certificate
13. ASA/STA level 1/2 swimming qualification
14. Experience of working as part of a team.
15. Experience in the hospitality sector
What you’ll be doing
Working as part of our team of holiday heroes, you will be the go-to person at the poolside and gym. You will look after everyone’s safety, keep the whole area clean and hygienic and make sure that we’re meeting our legal requirements. As a leisure assistant you will be responsible for the daily operational duties and performance of the gym and pool related activities.
You will be incredibly friendly, answering guests’ questions and making sure that everyone is having a great time..
One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times, so you will need to work your magic on weekends and bank holidays too.
