We’re looking for a Night Manager to join a busy and friendly Hotel in Godalming on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced manager who enjoys taking responsibility, and ensuring smooth overnight operations within a boutique setting.

Key Responsibilities
As Night Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the smooth running of overnight operations, including:
* Completing audits and overnight reports
* Assisting with banking duties when required
* Carrying out security checks across the buildings
* Handling fire evacuations if needed
* Managing the night team and ensuring all duties are completed
* Supporting the overall running of the Hotel overnight
What we’re looking for
To be successful in this Night Manager role, you should have:
* Previous experience as a Night Manager in a hotel
* First Aid & Fire Safety Certificates are required
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* A calm and professional approach during busy periods
* Good attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confidence working independently overnight
