We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented IT Assistant to join our team. If you enjoy solving technical issues, supporting users, and working in a dynamic IT environment, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate with vendors on IT equipment procurement, repair, and maintenance.
* Deploy and configure PCs, including Windows OS and required software installation.
* Respond to IT service requests, diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues, and provide user support.
* Assist in troubleshooting and supporting peripheral devices such as converters, switches, printers, POS systems, and related equipment.
* Provide support for basic web-based and in-house applications.
* Update and maintain IT Service Request (ITSR) cases with proper documentation and closure.
* Manage IT inventory, including stock checks, tracking, and asset replenishment.
Requirements
* Diploma in IT or equivalent qualification.
* Minimum 1–3 years of experience in setup, deployment, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution of basic hardware, software, and networking issues.
* Strong experience in Windows and Microsoft environments.
* Administrator-level experience with enterprise business applications (e.g. Microsoft 365).
* Knowledge of IT security fundamentals, including common threats such as malware, phishing, and ransomware.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Positive, proactive, and service-oriented attitude.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Highly motivated and able to work well in a team environment.
Additional Information
* 5-day work week (Monday to Friday)
* Working Hours:8:00am to 5:15pm OR8:30am to 5:45pm
* Monthly mobile allowance provided
* Staff transport provided from Tanah Merah MRT station
