Duties of the Paint Sprayer:
6. Applying primer, base coats, and clear finishes in line with project specifications.
7. Preparing vehicles and surfaces prior to painting
8. Maintaining equipment to ensure consistent quality
9. Adhering to health and safety standards at all times
10. Recording work and completing necessary documentation accurately
11. Supporting team members as required to ensure project timelines are met
Requirements of the Paint Sprayer:
12. Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within the automotive or related industries
13. Strong attention to detail and high-quality work standards
14. Good organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
15. Reliability and commitment to your position
16. Ability to work effectively within a team
17. Full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential
This position offers a highly rewarding working environment with excellent earnings potential. The successful Paint Sprayer can expect an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of approximately £65,000 per annum, including overtime.
