We’re working with a fast-growing fintech SaaS company building next-gen ERP software for finance teams. As they scale, they're hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their fully remote UK team.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into SaaS sales and grow in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
The Role
You’ll manage inbound and outbound outreach, run discovery calls, deliver intro demos, and book qualified meetings for the wider sales team. Commission is tied to meetings set.
Ideal Background
* 18+ months in sales, lead generation, or telesales
* Or a background in finance/accounting looking to transition into a commercial role
* Confident speaking to senior stakeholders (C-suite level)
* Proactive, target-driven, and coachable
* Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Key Responsibilities
* Qualify inbound and outbound leads
* Run discovery calls and intro demos
* Book qualified meetings for AEs
* Track pipeline activity in CRM
* Work closely with sales and marketing to refine outreach
