We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team. In this role you will lead a team of Civil Enforcement Officers, carry out daily briefings, deal with escalated queries from colleagues and members of the public, and track KPIs. You will also perform the duties carried out by a Civil Enforcement Officer, including patrolling public car parks and streets, advising the public, and issuing tickets to incorrectly parked vehicles. You will be the eyes and ears of the local community while supporting your team to carry out essential work within the community.
Responsibilities
* Lead a team of Civil Enforcement Officers; conduct daily briefings and manage escalated queries from colleagues and the public.
* Patrol public car parks and streets, advise members of the public, and issue tickets for parking contraventions.
* Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure team performance and service levels.
What you need to be a Supervisor
* Previous experience in a supervisory/management role
* Excellent communication skills
* Self-motivated and customer-focused
* Willingness to work outdoors
* Ability to work shifts
* Ability to work on your own initiative
* Experience with Microsoft Office
