Junior IT Support - Hull
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. This role is central to ensuring our staff can work seamlessly in the office and remotely. You will be the first point of contact for day-to-day technical issues, troubleshooting, and providing guidance to help our team stay productive.
Responsibilities

p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0'> Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0'> Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to networking, printers, and peripheral devices.
p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0'> Support users with Office, email, and other core business applications.
p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0'> Maintain accurate records of issues, solutions, and asset inventory.
