About the Role:
We're seeking a skilled fresh produce or fruit focuesed Product Manager with fresh produce or fruit knowledge to take responsibility for the safety, quality and integrity of our fruit. You'll play a key role in ensuring product excellence and managing quality processes throughout production, storage and dispatch, all while driving maximising returns.
Your responsibilities:
Oversee quality control across multiple stages of the product lifecycle, from production to dispatch
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer specifications and safety standards are met
Drive quality improvements and optimise shelf life of fresh produce/fruit
Complete all due diligence on suppliers ensuring compliance of raw material to customer requirements
Work closely with the intake Quality Control team to ensure accurate rejectionsWhat we're looking for:
Experience in fruit or fresh produce
Knowledge of supplier due dilligence
