The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong IT skills with confidence using social media platforms
* Excellent spoken English and a professional telephone manner
* Some knowledge of, or background in, the construction industry (preferred)
* An understanding of sales processes and Client Relationship Management (CRM)
* Understanding of role of social media
Key responsibilities:
* Generate new business leads for your area/sector by researching the market
* Calling agreed targets/potential clients and build relationships
* Follow up on new business enquiries from various sources.
