Production Coordinator (social first)
Dream Lab Studio is a social-first creative agency producing culturally sharp, premium content for some of the UK's most recognisable brands across fashion, retail, lifestyle, and entertainment. We move fast, we work to a high standard, and we make things that actually matter.
We're hiring a Production Coordinator to sit at the centre of the business and keep everything moving.
The Role
This is a precision role as you'll be the operational backbone of Dream Lab Studio, working across multiple live clients and keeping production moving cleanly from first idea through to posted content. You'll own the trackers, manage the timelines, assist the creative director and strategy director to break down briefs into clear documents, chase the right people at the right moment, and make sure nothing slips.
You don't need to be the loudest creative voice in the room. But you do need to understand what good work looks like and why it matters, because you'll be the person making sure it actually gets made properly. You have taste. You just express it through structure.
What You'll Be Doing
Owning and maintaining internal production trackers across all live clients and campaigns
Managing content pipelines from ideation → sign-off → production → post-production → delivery
Breaking down briefs into clear, structured production documents and actionable plans
Building and updating schedules, call sheets, crew lists, and project documentation
Coordinating shoot logistics—crew, talent, travel, and on-the-ground prep
Managing creator and presenter sourcing, vetting, and relationship comms
Building and maintaining talent/crew databases
Overseeing asset handover to clients and managing posting timelines
Tracking budgets, costs, and reconciliations across projects
Supporting pitch preparation, research, and strategy document builds
Monitoring platform trends and cultural shifts and sharing relevant insights internally
Acting as the connective tissue between creative, production, and post teams
You'll Thrive Here If You
Have 2–3 years in production coordination, creative ops, or social content management
Have run smaller shoots independently and know what on-set problem-solving looks like
Are genuinely excellent at building and maintaining trackers, pipelines, and documentation
Understand how social-first production works—the pace, the pivots, the pressure
Spot inconsistencies and potential problems before they become actual ones
Communicate clearly and confidently without unnecessary noise
Stay calm when things shift quickly
Have cultural awareness to understand the work you're helping to make
London-based with on-set availability when required. Agency or studio background strongly preferred.
Start date: ASAP
What's in It for You?

Complimentary refreshments & snacks
28 days' holiday

If you're the kind of person who finds genuine satisfaction in things being accurate, updated, and running properly-we'd like to meet you.
