About Broadwise Solutions
Broadwise Solutions is a specialist branding and web agency for manufacturers and industrial businesses.
We help manufacturers look as good as the work they do — so they win more clients, stand out from competitors, and grow.
Our work sits at the top end of the market: strategy-driven, design-led, and built properly. We're not about churn or shortcuts. Every project is crafted to last and to deliver real business results.
This role is our first permanent hire — an opportunity to join at the ground floor of a growing agency, working side by side with the Director. If you're ambitious, detail-driven, and want to help shape an agency's future, this is for you.
Purpose of the Role
To take ownership of digital marketing delivery for Broadwise Solutions and our clients, while supporting across creative and operational tasks in the early stages.
In the short term, this role is a hands-on generalist (social content, blogs, case studies, design production, sales support, uploading content).
In the long term, it evolves into a dedicated Digital Marketing Lead — driving campaigns, building retainers, and leading the marketing function as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing (70%)
* Plan, create, and schedule content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and email for Broadwise and clients.
* Write blogs, case studies, newsletters, and campaign copy.
* Develop and manage a productised digital marketing retainer service.
* Monitor analytics (social, GA, LinkedIn Insights) and suggest improvements.
* Stay curious and bring forward new AI tools, ideas, and methods to make marketing sharper and more effective.
Creative & Design (15%)
* Produce graphics for social media, campaigns, and print using Adobe CC.
* Deliver artworking and production design for brochures, packaging, and banners.
* Support branding projects with logo and identity design options under strategic direction.
* Upload and format content to websites (no dev required).
Strategy & Support (15%)
* Assist with sales materials (proposals, presentations, case studies).
* Help document processes in ClickUp and improve workflows.
* Coordinate with freelancers where needed.
* Occasionally join client meetings to support campaign planning or creative work.

* Broadwise has a consistent social presence (weekly content published).
* First blog and case study written and published on the website.
* Simple analytics/reporting process set up for Broadwise and one client.

* Competent in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
* Organised and confident with planning, scheduling, and reporting.
* 3+ years' experience in agency or in-house marketing/design role.
Nice-to-Haves
