Location: Central Guildford (Walking Distance from the Station)
Salary: £22,900
Hours: Monday - Friday (9:00am - 5:30pm) - Hybrid working (3 days in the office)

Our client, a leading retail organisation in Guildford, is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service Executive to join their vibrant team.
What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the voice of the organisation, delivering industry-leading support to both B2C and B2B customers. Your role will include:
Providing expert advice on our products, services, and promotions.
Supporting the Wholesale (B2B) team in onboarding new clients and managing customer accounts.
Resolving customer issues and inquiries through phone, email, and onsite chat.
Ensuring accurate and timely resolution of all customer issues, escalating when necessary.What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google applications.
Experience with Zendesk is a bonus but not essential.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A patient and polite demeanour, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
An approachable and enthusiastic personality, with a genuine passion for the brand.
The ability to work well within a team while handling issues professionally.
A quick learning ability paired with strong problem-solving skills.
