Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure that Early Years Alliance settings offer outstanding early years care and education, meeting the charity's mission to support disadvantaged children and families.
* Collaborate with the Children's Services Director and Managers to develop our early years settings, championing high-quality and creative practice.
* Provide skilled leadership to Setting Managers, enabling skill development and effective delivery of high-quality early years services.
* Lead on complex issues including being the main contact for Ofsted, Safeguarding, and Personnel matters.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Level 6 qualification in Early Years or Leadership and Management.
* Extensive senior-level experience in early years.
* Full and relevant early years qualification.
Location and Salary:
Bedford, Birmingham, Cambridge, East England, Luton, Peterborough, Sandwell
Salary: £47,841 - £52,161 per annum
