Liddy's Solicitors Ltd are looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant to join their busy Clinical Negligence team in Barnsley, South Yorkshire.
To be considered for the role candidates must;
● Have a strong knowledge of business administration and customer service.
● Be technically competent with IT systems.

Job Details:
* Salary:- £25,000
* Hours: hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:15pm with 1 hour lunch break.
* Location:- The Old Courthouse, 12 Regent Street, Barnsley, S70 2HG
* Travel:- Please note our office has no onsite parking. The successful candidate will need to make their own arrangements, however, there is local authority parking in close proximity and the cost is approximately £6 per day. The train station and bus station are a 5 minute walk from the office.
* Dress Code:- Smart Casual.
About the role:
The role has arisen to expand our administrative team due to an increase in workload. The role will include the following duties;
● Dealing with clients in reception
● Taking and fielding telephone calls
● Directing new enquiries
● Dealing with Client ID
● Scanning and copy documents
● Filing emails and documents
● Sending documents electronically via WeTransfer
● Sending documents for electronic signature via Adobe Sign
● Drafting emails and documents
● Diary management
● Collating and sorting information in Spreadsheets
● Audio typing
● Other administrative duties as and when required
