The Role
As a Trainee Teacher, you will work in primary schools in a teaching support capacity, similar to a Teaching Assistant role. You will:
6. Support the class teacher during lessons
7. Work with small groups and 1:1 pupils
8. Assist with classroom routines and behaviour management
9. Gain exposure across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
10. Learn from experienced teachers and school staff
What We’re Looking For
11. Currently studying Primary Education (2nd year)
12. Passionate about working with children
13. Reliable, proactive and eager to learn
14. Available for at least 1–2 days per week (flexible)
