We are working with a successful mechanical and electrical provider who are looking for a FM Helpdesk Coordinator who will work as the main point of contact for new and existing customers, liaising with engineers and streamlining business operations.
Responsibilities
* Log helpdesk calls and schedule planned/reactive maintenance using internal CAFM systems.
* Coordinate engineers’ calendars and subcontractors to ensure timely job completion.
* Update client systems with job status and documentation, ensuring compliance with KPIs and SLAs.
* Liaise with clients and internal teams on job progress, escalations, and service delivery.
* Handled general admin duties including reporting, invoicing, purchase orders, and records management.
