Locum Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon
Join to apply for the Locum Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon role at York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. This is a 12‑month post based at York and Scarborough Hospitals, with 12 PAs available and part‑time work considered.
Responsibilities
* Work within the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department to develop leading regional services.
* Contribute to the on‑call rota covering North Yorkshire on a 1:7 basis, following a 7‑day pattern with Friday morning handover.
* Participate in teaching medical students from Hull York Medical School (HYMS) and support research opportunities.
Qualifications
* Full GMC registration.
* Sufficient experience in the specialty to work independently in clinic and theatre.
