We’re hiring a Senior Residential Support Worker to join a highly supportive and child-centred team in a therapeutic 1 bedded home for children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This home offers a stable and consistent 2 to 1 staffing ratio, allowing for meaningful, high-quality care and the chance to develop your leadership journey in a small but strong team.
