Join Our Team at Westland Coffee & Wine - Various Locations
We are an independent, growing business looking for passionate, dedicated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and share our love for coffee and wine. Our shops are in Old Street, Peckham and the newest one near Canary Wharf, 2 min walk from East India Station (DLR).
We seek enthusiastic team members with at least 2 years of experience, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a keen eye for detail. You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Various positions with a minimum of 25 hours per week (40hrs for Full-time). We're excited to find people who want to grow with us
What You'll Do:
* Use your barista skills to craft and serve a range of high-quality beverages.
* Follow food safety regulations when handling and serving food items.
* Assist with food preparation, including making sandwiches and other light meals.
* Manage your time efficiently to ensure fast, friendly service during peak hours.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the shop to create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
What We're Looking For:
* You are a coffee and wine lover.
* At least 2 years of barista or related experience.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Enthusiasm for coffee, wine, and customer service.
Important: You must be able to operate professional espresso machine You also need to work time to time in different locations for training purposes.
