Location: Liverpool (hybrid work available with 1-2 days in office)
Remuneration: £40,000 - £55,000 + bonus

The role of the Designer – Masonry Support Systems will involve:
* Designer position dealing with a high quality range of masonry support systems such as: wall ties, wind posts, lintels, cavity tray, brick soffit systems
* Design masonry support systems (brackets, angles, ties) for brickwork façades.
* Review architectural/structural drawings to define support requirements.
* Produce clear design drawings and technical details for site installation.
* Coordinate with architects, engineers, and suppliers to confirm solutions.
* Provide technical support to project and site teams.
* Ensure all designs meet building regulations and project specifications. xxuwjjq
* Resolve site queries and coordination issues related to masonry support.
* Dealing with project sizes between £5000 - £500,000
The ideal applicant will be Designer – Masonry Support Systems with:
* Must have designed masonry support systems, masonry, lintels, wall ties, wind posts, tension bars, steel beams, concrete reinforcement, concrete support systems, metal decking, rainscreen cladding, anchors etc
* Ideally have experience with AutoCAD and Solidworks software packages
* Ability hit the ground running working independently
