Partnership Manager - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract - (view to go Permanent)

About the role:

The Partnership Manager will play a crucial role in identifying, negotiating, onboarding, and enabling strategic partnerships in the Regtech industry that align with Vixio’s growth goals and revenue ambitions. This is a new role and revenue stream for Vixio, requiring a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record in leveraging relationships with key stakeholders in the industry, including regtech vendors, industry associations, and technology partners, to expand Vixio’s market presence and drive revenue growth across the UK, Europe, and US.

The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, creative thinking regarding partnership offerings, excellent communication skills, and relationship-building skills from C-suite level down.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

* Identify & Develop Partnerships & Proposition:
* Validate and refine the ideal partner profile for Vixio and develop core channel and referral partner target lists.
* Create a value proposition tailored to targeted partnership personas.
* Design partner qualification and management processes, including onboarding and external partner management.
* Establish activity cadence and execute outreach strategies to prospective partners.
* Execute joint go-to-market strategies, sales initiatives, and provide sales support to maximize partnership opportunities.
* Market Research:
* Identify industry trends, opportunities, and potential partners through market research. Stay informed on industry developments and competitor activities.
* Contractual Negotiation Management:
* Define and agree on packages, fees/margins, and legal terms of partnership agreements with CRO support.
* Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
* Collaborate with the Head of Sales Operations to create processes for capturing partner activity in Salesforce and measuring success against KPIs.
* Report regularly to CRO and CFO on partnership revenue forecasts and results.
* Relationship Management:
* Build and maintain positive relationships with partners at all stakeholder levels, including CEO/board level.
* Work with the Head of Payments and CRO to nurture key partnership relationships that drive revenue.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to align initiatives and ensure seamless integration.
* Establishing Best in Class Partner Processes:
* Define and implement partner qualification and account management processes.
* Develop partner case studies related to KPIs for future partner acquisition.
* Event and Project Coordination:
* Coordinate joint events and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of partnership projects.

Knowledge & Experience:

* Experience in the Regtech, Payments, or Financial Services industry.
* Proven success in building partner programs in private equity-backed businesses.
* Track record of driving revenue through strategic partnerships.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to new opportunities.
* Strong leadership skills for developing high-performing partnerships autonomously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
* Proficiency in Salesforce, Crossbeam/Reveal, and Google Suite.
