Family Support Worker We are recruiting an experienced Family Support Worker to provide intensive support to children, young people and families with complex needs. This role involves whole-family support, multi-agency working and delivering measurable outcomes for families. Key Responsibilities Provide intensive whole-family support to improve outcomes for children and young people Complete holistic, strength-based family assessments and support plans Case hold and coordinate support for families with complex needs Work closely with schools, social care and partner agencies Support children and families through Family Group Conferences and family network meetings Chair review meetings and track family progress over time Maintain accurate case records and produce written reports Attend meetings and court where required Ensure children and young people are involved in planning and decision-making Work within safeguarding procedures, policies and legal frameworks Requirements NVQ Level 3 / Diploma Level 3 in Health & Social Care or relevant child-related qualification GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) Recent experience supporting children, young people or families with complex needs Experience completing whole-family assessments and support plans Strong partnership working and communication skills Good IT and report-writing skills Ability to manage a caseload and work independently Understanding of child development and safeguarding Full driving licence and access to a vehicle Enhanced DBS required
