Job role: Catering Supervisor Location: Coleraine Pay rate: £13.57 weekdays, £17.64 Saturday, £21.71 Sunday Hours: 30 per week Shift patterns :7am - 1pm or 1pm - 7pm; 5 days out of 7 We are currently recruiting for dedicated and enthusiastic catering supervisor to join a hospital catering team in Coleraine. As the catering supervisor you will be responsible for supervising a team of kitchen staff, supporting rota cover, assisting with audits, and addressing performance issues within the team when required. You will have: Minimum of 6 months experience in kitchen management Flexibility to work various shifts Food Safety Level 2/3 Working knowledge of processes such as H&S, COSHH, manual handling, Fire, food allergens & Dysphagia diet Please note an Enhanced Access NI will be required for this role.
