What You Will Be Doing:
* Lead and manage a team of 5 Inventory Controllers to ensure stock accuracy and compliance.
* Conduct daily rack and stock audits across Ambient, Chiller, Kitting, and Freezer areas.
* Maintain accurate system records (Matflo) and reconcile discrepancies through investigations.
* Oversee cleardown and return to quarantine processes, including NOK stations.
* Drive compliance with food safety, health & safety, BRCGS, and supermarket standards.
* Ensure accurate and timely documentation of discrepancy sheets and corrective actions.
* Collaborate with Replen and Warehouse teams to coordinate real‑time inventory movements.
Who You Are:
* Proven experience as Inventory Leader or similar role in a food manufacturing or distribution environment.
* Proficient in using inventory management software or systems.
* Proficient computer skills.
* Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, techniques, and best practices.
* Familiarity with food safety regulations and handling requirements.
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with various stakeholders.
* Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
