Adult Social Care Solicitor Bolton - Local Authority (Greater Manchester) Initial 3-6 month contract Rate: Umbrella - Negotiable 37 hours per week Adult Social Care Lawyer required to cover a variety of work including but not limited to the following: Court of Protection, ordinary residence, mental health queries, Care Act duties, general financial matters, some policy and procedures work. Good support within the team and active supervision. Hybrid role, with preference given to those who can attend the office and provide supervision to more junior members of the team. Will consider fully remote for exceptional candidates. Start date is as soon as possible.
