Your Role
Join our 2026 Graduate Programme as a Graduate Urban Drainage Modeller based in Brighton. Working with major regulated water companies across the UK and Ireland, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team known for innovation and excellence from project conception through to delivery.
Key Activities
* Support senior wastewater network modellers with wastewater hydraulic modelling and model building.
* Contribute to optioneering and feasibility design projects.
* Undertake integrated urban drainage modelling and resilience/security of supply studies.
* Perform surge analysis and water quality modelling.
* Help develop innovative solutions for complex water infrastructure challenges.

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (with a desire to specialise in the water industry), Hydraulic Engineering, Geography, or a water-based subject such as Hydrology.

Work Arrangement
Graduates are asked to attend the office 4 days per week to ensure strong team collaboration and appropriate support.
