The Role
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical & Electrical Supervisor to join our Surrey-based team. You will be responsible for supervising and supporting a team of engineers, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of both planned and reactive maintenance works across client sites.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise, support, and coordinate a team of mechanical and electrical engineers.
Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and minor project works.
Ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards.
Act as the first point of contact for clients, delivering excellent customer service and communication.
Carry out site audits, risk assessments, and method statements as required.
Manage on-call rota and provide technical support where necessary.
Monitor performance, productivity, and ensure KPIs/SLAs are achieved.
Assist with quotations, small works, and reporting as required. Skills & Experience
Proven experience in a supervisory role within Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) or Facilities Management.
Strong technical knowledge of M&E systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and building services.
Qualified in either electrical or mechanical discipline (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
18th Edition (desirable if electrically biased).
Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to manage workloads, prioritise, and motivate a team effectively.
