About the Role
24 Locums are seeking experienced Consultant Psychiatrists to conduct both remote and in‑person assessments across the UK. You’ll work flexibly, managing your own caseload and schedule, while contributing your specialist expertise to high‑quality clinical evaluations.
Key Details
* Flexible Hours – Work as much or as little as you choose.
* Approx. 2 hours per case.
* Assessments completed using our structured Pro‑Forma, to be returned within 48 hours of each session (note form only).
* Our admin team will finalise and draft reports for your review and validation.
* Competitive rates offered based on experience and case volume.
Requirements
* ✅ On the GMC Specialist Register (Psychiatry)
* ✅ UK‑based – no visa sponsorship available
* ✅ Valid DBS on the update service
* ✅ All compliance documentation and recent clinical references in order
* ✅ Experience conducting clinical assessments independently
* ✅ Reliable IT setup and secure internet connection for remote assessments
* ✅ Ability to attend in‑person assessments where required
