Job Description:
Dyson Farming is a family-owned business, committed to sustainable food production and industry leadership in high-tech, carbon-neutral agriculture. This role is a 12-month maternity cover requiring regular travel between Lincolnshire and Wiltshire.
Requirements
1. Define and deliver digital transformation roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
2. Lead multiple digital projects from conception to completion.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for digital innovation.
4. Oversee implementation of digital tools and technologies.
5. Ensure stakeholder support and compliance with data security regulations.
6. Lead R&D governance project workstream for design discipline.
7. Maintain communication with Weybourne and key stakeholders.
8. Develop formalized touchpoints and reporting mechanisms.
9. Manage budgets and develop business cases.
10. Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams.
11. Manage external consultants and ensure quality deliverables.
Person Specification
1. Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience in digital transformation and leadership.
3. Strong understanding of cloud, data analytics, AI, automation.
4. Experience with change management and organizational development.
Desirable but not essential
1. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
2. Experience with Agile methodologies.
3. Industry experience or background in data science/engineering.
