As an Early Career Teacher, you will:
* Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons aligned with the National Curriculum.
* Inspire pupils to achieve their best through enthusiasm, adaptability, and effective teaching strategies.
* Collaborate with mentors, colleagues, and school leaders to support your professional growth.
* Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
* Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
* Assess and track pupil progress, using feedback to adapt lessons and support learning.
* Promote safeguarding, welfare, and child protection standards at all times.
Requirements for Early Career Teacher (Primary):
* Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – suitable for Early Career Teachers.
* Sound knowledge of the primary curriculum and a desire to learn and develop.
* Strong communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
* Creativity, resilience, and passion for inspiring young learners.
* An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
* A full CV covering the last 10 years, with explanations for any gaps.
