Experienced Finance Manager required to join a Property Family Office based in South Manchester Your new company Your new company is a highly entrepreneurial Real Estate business. An owner manager SME who has proven to be different from their competitors, which has helped them grow substantial over recent years. Your new role In your new role as Finance Manager you will lead the small but efficient finance team who look after the companies ever growing property portfolio.
You will be responsible for implementing best practice processes and controls in place around all aspects of the general ledger posting and reconciliations processes, implementing timetables and checklists for work to be completed. You will carry out the month-end reporting to the family and the month-end close. What you'll need to succeed You will be an ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified or Qualified by experience Finance professional with experience working within the Property or Construction sector.
You will have a strong attention to detail and be able to challenge existing processes and suggest improvements. You will have the ability to communicate to all levels both within the finance team and across the business.
