The Role
Force Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced and commercially focused Estimator!
As an Estimator, you will play a key role in winning work by producing accurate, competitive tenders. Working closely with the commercial and delivery teams, you’ll ensure projects are well priced, commercially sound, and ready for a smooth handover.
Key responsibilities:

Preparing cost estimates and tender submissions
*
Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documents
*
Taking off quantities and analysing supplier and subcontractor prices
*
Attending site visits and tender meetings
*
Supporting handover of secured projects to the delivery team
