Graduate Commercial Propety Agent /Trainee Surveyor
Our client is a respected multi‑disciplinary firm of Commercial Property Agents and Chartered Surveyors. They are seeking a proactive and motivated Graduate Commercial Property Agent / Trainee Surveyor to join their office near Redhill. This is an excellent entry level opportunity for someone looking to build a long‑term career in commercial property within a supportive and professional environment.
The role
This is a varied, client‑facing position where no two days are the same. You will represent the firm during property viewings, support Chartered Surveyors with inspections and professional work, and play a key role in managing enquiries and marketing activity. This is not a desk‑only role — you will be out meeting clients, inspecting buildings, and gaining hands‑on experience across the commercial property sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Commercial Viewings — Conduct viewings with prospective tenants and purchasers.
* Marketing & Brochure Production — Prepare property brochures and assist with marketing campaigns, including social media.
* Enquiry & Applicant Management — Act as the first point of contact for new enquiries and maintain the enquiry database.
* Professional Surveying Support — Assist Chartered Surveyors with inspections, data collection, and report preparation.
Requirements
* Valid UK driving licence.
* Confident verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with applicants and business clients.
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and general office systems.
* Professional phone manner and strong organisational ability.
* Candidates with an RICS‑accredited degree will be given particular consideration, with salary adjusted accordingly.
