Commercial Property Lawyer Job Description: Our Client is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years' PQE to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse commercial property caseload, provide supervision to junior team members, and contribute to the continued growth of the Property department. Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Property Lawyer: Manage a full caseload of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and refinancing. Provide supervision and support to junior team members, ensuring high standards of work. Ensure compliance with all relevant property law regulations and maintain a high standard of client care. Actively contribute to the development and marketing of the Property department to expand its client base and services. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and other key stakeholders. Commercial Property Lawyer Requirements: A minimum of 3 years' PQE in Commercial Property law. Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently. Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff is desirable. A proactive approach to business development and marketing, with an interest in growing the department. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client care skills.
