Your new role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal PA to join our Developer (Transactional Property) team in Southampton. This is a full-time role supporting fee earners working on high-profile property development matters.As a Legal PA, you’ll play a pivotal role in:
1. Preparing and formatting legal documents (contracts, title reports, land transfer forms).
2. Assisting with due diligence checks and reviewing land registry documents.
3. Maintaining site plans, plot schedules, and development trackers.
4. Liaising with surveyors, planning consultants, and local authorities.
5. Drafting and updating precedent letters and house-style documents.
6. Managing diaries, travel arrangements, and meeting preparation.
7. Responding to client queries with professionalism and clarity.
8. Generating and circulating client reports with timely updates.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong administrative or secretarial background who ismitted to building a career in legal support - not just seeking a stepping stone to qualification or a paralegal role.
