S&PB Retail Ltd has over 120 shops across the North West, North Wales, Yorkshire, and Midlands, with plans to expand further!
We offer our customers a fast-paced service in high street locations with quality products including sandwiches, savouries, and cakes at great value prices.
We are seeking a Multi-Site Shop Manager to oversee our shops in the Wirral/Chester area.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing daily shop operations
* Driving sales growth
* Training, developing, and motivating staff
* Ensuring hygiene and food safety compliance
Ideal candidates will have retail management experience and preferably experience in food environments, though this is not essential. A strong work ethic and a proactive "can do" attitude are required.
