* Advanced visual design skills across platforms (iOS, Android, web, mobile).
* Strong systems thinking and meticulous attention to detail.
* Excellence in interaction design, visual design, and accessibility.
* Proficiency in tools:Figma, Adobe CC
* Skilled in prototyping, sketching, and concept development.
* Experience working within and contributing to multi-brand design systems.
* Competent in documenting components and maintaining design consistency.
Design Thinking & Process
* User-centered design approach to craft industry-leading experiences.
* Advanced in competitor analysis, workshopping, and ideation.
* Proactively design with the customer’s needs in mind.
Collaboration & Communication
* Collaborative mindset with exceptional communication skills.
* Experience working in multidisciplinary teams (designers, engineers, product owners).
* Ability to engage and align with stakeholders from digital and non-digital backgrounds.
