Contract Support Lead
Location:
Atherstone, Warwickshire

About The Role
WPS is seeking a highly organised and proactive Contract Support Lead to join our team in Atherstone, supporting the prestigious Twycross Zoo project. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the smooth running of facilities management operations for one of the UK's leading conservation charities and visitor attractions.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide comprehensive administrative and contract support to the Account Manager and operational teams.
* Act as the main point of contact for client queries, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
* Manage CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) systems, including raising and closing work orders, updating asset data, and producing reports.
* Support financial processes, including raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and assisting with budget tracking.
* Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
* Maintain accurate records for compliance, health & safety, and statutory documentation.
* Assist with the mobilisation of new works, projects, and contract variations.
* Drive continuous improvement in contract administration and customer service.

What We're Looking For

* Experience in a contract support, facilities administration, or similar role (FM sector experience desirable).
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CAFM or similar systems.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
* Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
* Willingness to learn and support the unique operational needs of a live zoo environment.

About Twycross Zoo
Twycross Zoo is an award-winning conservation charity, home to over 500 animals and welcoming more than 500,000 visitors annually. As a specialist primate zoo, it is the only UK zoo to house all four types of great ape, including the UK's only group of Bonobos.
