The nursery cares for up to 125 children and boasts inspiring indoor and outdoor environments, thoughtfully divided into age-appropriate spaces designed to encourage curiosity, sensory discovery and developmental growth. The team champions child-led learning and supports children as they safely explore, challenge themselves and build confidence.
We are looking for a Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join the team on a long-term basis, with the potential to go permanent for the right person. You will work closely with the Nursery Manager and may support across all rooms, caring for children aged 6 weeks to 4 years. With the nursery continuing to grow in Bishops Stortford, there are excellent opportunities for career progression.
The successful Nursery Practitioner will have:
Level 3 qualification (desirable)
Level 2 qualification (required)
Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
A positive, proactive attitude
Flexibility and willingness to get involved across the nursery
