Our client, a prestigious Silver Circle law firm is seeking a junior to mid-level Real Estate Disputes Solicitor to join its market-leading team in London. About the Role
You will be part of a highly ranked and well-respected disputes team, advising a diverse and sophisticated client base on a wide range of contentious real estate matters. The team is regularly instructed on some of the most complex and high-value disputes in the UK, including landmark litigation and strategic advisory work.
Key areas of focus include:
* Development-related disputes (e.g. rights of light, easements, site assembly)
* Landlord and tenant matters (e.g. lease renewals, dilapidations, rent reviews)
* Possession claims and trespasser actions
* Business rates and CPO compensation
* Telecommunications and leasehold enfranchisement
* Professional negligence and transactional disputes
* Alternative dispute resolution (mediation, expert determination)

Candidate Profile
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales, ideally with 1–2.5 years’ PQE in real estate litigation (more or less experience will be considered)
* Strong academic credentials and excellent technical legal skills
* Experience managing client relationships and delivering high-quality service
* A commercially minded, proactive approach with strong drafting and advocacy skills
* A team player who thrives in a collaborative, intellectually rigorous environment
