Job Description
* Leading and supervising a small team across production, packaging and warehousing functions
* Maintaining stock accuracy across raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
* Supporting production scheduling and planning, in coordination with internal stakeholders
* Upholding health & safety and quality assurance standards across all operational activities
* Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimise processes and reduce waste

* Experience in an operational role in a manufacturing environment
* Strong leadership or supervisory experience in a hands-on environment
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
