The Ideal Profile for this Role Trainee Recruitment Consultant
* A recent graduate with a 2:1 or above from a top 50 university
* Achieved minimum BBB at A-Level
* Strong sports background BUCKS or above at uni
* Ideally some sales experience B2B, B2C, cold calling
* Financially motivated Will push themselves to hit targets and earn commission
* Hard working and resilient Wont get fazed when times get tough
The Incentives to the Role Trainee Recruitment Consultant
1. £28k base salary, increasing to £32k with a promotion
2. 40% commission structure on top of the base salary
3. OTE of £60k in your first year
4. Promotion is target based, which most hit within 6 months
