Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Lichfield, Staffordshire

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading main contractor delivering a high profile, major infrastructure project in Central Birmingham. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be given the opportunity to work on one of the largest heavy civil engineering projects in Europe and work alongside an experienced and driven team. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, some of your key duties and responsibilities will include:
1. Oversee and manage the project budgets, ensuring costs are kept within approved limits
2. Prepare accurate financial reports including cost forecasts and budget updates
3. Administration of contracts ensuring compliance with all T&C's
4. Review and process contract variations and change orders
5. Oversee the procurement process
6. Prepare tender documents and evaluate bids
