Detailed Job Description
The ServiceNow GRC Business Analyst will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing the ServiceNow GRC suite to support organizational risk and compliance objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and document functional and non-functional requirements.
Platform Configuration: Configure the ServiceNow GRC modules to align with business requirements, ensuring effective risk management, compliance, and governance.
Process Design & Improvement: Identify gaps in current processes, propose enhancements, and implement best practices in risk and compliance workflows.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and senior management to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
Effective Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures for audit and knowledge sharing purposes.
Technical/Functional Expertise:
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC IRM modules.
Solid understanding of GRC principles, including risk assessments, control frameworks, compliance reporting, and audits.
Ability to translate business requirements into platform configurations and process improvements.
