Your Responsibilities
As a Property Manager, you will oversee an established residential portfolio, leveraging your expertise in the Building Safety Act and property management governance. Your key tasks will include:
* Monitoring services in line with contractor agreements and lease terms.
* Creating and managing budgets for Landlord approval and overseeing Service Charge collections.
* Leading meetings with RMC Directors, Residents' Associations, and Developers.
* Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and M&E requirements.
* Maintaining thorough documentation for site visits and meetings.
* Promptly identifying and addressing maintenance issues.
* Following consultation procedures and reviewing lease requirements for major works.
What We’re Looking For
We seek a candidate who embodies the following:
* Experience in Block/Estate Property Management.
* Strong understanding of leases, service charge budgeting, and relevant legislation.
* Knowledge of the Building Safety Act and experience with Higher Risk Buildings.
* Excellent relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
* Attention to detail, proficiency in Excel, and strong customer service skills.
* Outstanding organizational abilities.
* A confident, customer-centric mindset.
* A full UK driving license and access to a car.
