The core mission of the Sr. Marketing Operations Analyst:
Your main mission will be to drive data-driven insights and programmatic processes within the marketing team. You will focus on automation, reporting, analysis, and process alignment, acting as a strategic partner to bring data and insights into decision-making and program alignment.
We seek an experienced Sr. Marketing Operations Analyst to manage and optimize marketing automation systems, especially HubSpot. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns, track performance, and analyze data to enhance results.
Responsibilities include managing demand, ensuring data integrity, improving lead flow, and developing scalable processes to support growth, ultimately increasing efficiency and marketing-driven revenue.
The team you'll join:
You will be part of our Revenue Operations team, working closely with Marketing. This role offers opportunities for career growth across areas like data analysis, process improvement, and program management, with significant responsibilities to excel and explore creative interests.
