Overview
Programme Manager at Network Plus – We are seeking an experienced Programme Delivery Manager to oversee Bespoke and Larger Scheme activities. This role is based across the South Staffs Water & Cambridge Water region and reports into the Operations Manager.

Compensation: £30,000 - £35,000 / year
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain a strategic programme of works closely and collaboratively with South Staffs Water.
* Liaise with senior stakeholders both internally and externally to update and convey the strategic programme including resource and cost levelling.
* Identify and track changes or potential changes to the agreed construction scope; ensure that the relevant contract principles are applied and that impacts are communicated to appropriate stakeholders.
* Monitor and update Project and Programme information.
* Submit weekly programme updates to the client.
* Take responsibility for as-built information gathering and completion ready for submission.
* Lead pre-build information gathering for effective input into the works programme.
* Develop key relationships with South Staffs Water operational and commercial personnel, supply chain partners, and promote a team-focused environment.
* Collaborate with the Commercial & Supply Chain team to monitor and improve the performance of the strategic supply chain; develop and close out performance improvement plans as needed.
* Identify and mitigate key project and programme risks; escalate issues and blockers promptly to the Framework Manager.
* Report project and service performance (HSEQ, Time, Cost) monthly for portfolio reviews with the Framework Leadership Team and client.
* Work with the Operational team to ensure efficient use of resources, framework efficiencies, and customer satisfaction.
* Identify blockers/issues and develop solutions; escalate out of area of control or influence as required.
* Stakeholder management both internal and external.
* Chair risk review sessions to support HSEQ, commercial and CDM governance/assurance.
Experience and Qualifications
* Strong Programme Management Skills.
* Knowledge and experience of CDM and Construction Management as a Principal Contractor.
* Strong technical understanding of Water Networks.
* Experience working on NEC4 style contracts.
* Track record of delivery of project portfolios.
* Strong commercial, financial and analytical skills.
* Flexibility and adaptability to respond rapidly to unexpected events and develop creative solutions.
* Excellent IT skills and knowledge of planning software including MS Project.
* HNC/HND or degree or equivalent experience; SMSTS and APM qualification preferred but not essential.
