About the role: The role involves delivering well planned, differentiated science lessons across KS3-KS4 (and KS5 where applicable), contributing to assessment for learning, supporting curriculum development, and maintaining high expectations for all students. Responsibilities include monitoring progress, managing resources and practical equipment effectively, participating in faculty meetings, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring safe and positive learning environments. The role also includes supporting whole‑school policies, liaising with parents and external agencies, and contributing to wider school life.
