Spencer Clarke Group is seeking for an experienced Year 6 Teacher who is passionate about education to work within a brilliant primary school in the Ormskirk area in September 2024. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, preparing students for KS2 SATS, and maintaining a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver creative and stimulating lessons that meet the needs of all students.
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
* Prepare students for KS2 SATS exams, providing support and guidance as needed.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum initiatives.
* Communicate regularly with parents and carers to provide updates on student progress.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience.
* Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2 (KS2) curriculum.
* Previous experience preparing students for KS2 SATS exams is desirable.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
