Main responsibilities
• Receive payments and issuing receipts and keeping track of all cash and credit transactions
• Reconcile cash drawers and sales receipts.
• Maintain clean and tidy till area
• Processing transactions in a busy environment (cash and pdq handling, handling float, performing regular cash checks to ensure accuracy, closing of the tills at the end of the day);
• Enrolling clients in the CRM data base: working with the selling teams to ensure client codification and data capture are within the set targets;
• Answering store's phone in a professional and brand-appropriate manner and directing queries to the right channels;
• Assisting with updates to the online catalogue to facilitate virtual selling by ensuing correct prices have been uploaded and pictures of the styles in stock.
Competencies and Experience Required:
• Customer service skills
• Accuracy in in reconciling sales receipts
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Fluent English
• Additional languages would be beneficial
• Demonstrable sales skills
• Knowledge and understanding of the luxury market, customer service and fashion
• Successfully able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities
• Seeks opportunities to be proactive and pre-empt client needs
• Demonstrates respect and politeness and regularly exceeds customer expectations
• Shows innovation and initiative in setting customer care standards
